If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day grace period from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for an exchange or refund.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

  • We do not accept returns on items marked as final sale unless faulty.

  • For hygiene reasons, certain products such as underwear or opened accessories cannot be returned.

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
